Cast iron clamp Bessey TG80S14-2K with plastic handle, max. clamping length 800 mm, throat depth 140 mm

Bessey cast iron clamps - these are classic clamps, which have been manufactured since 1936. Ideally suited for work requiring strong and firm clamping force. The clamp's clamping force is up to 6000N. High-quality two-component handle made of plastic. Support plates are changeable without tools. Protective caps are on the clamping surface.

Clamp features:

Built-in slip protection

Built-in slip protection ensures maximum reliability when the throat is more than 80 mm. The screw in the moving jaw engages the ridged bar surface, effectively preventing loosening and slippage of the clamp.

Reinforced forged iron

Both fixed and moving jaws made of high-quality cast iron are reinforced with characteristic wavy edges, guaranteeing reliable and constant clamping. The wavy profile is a reliable element that increases resistance to torsional forces. A powdered coating on the jaws protects them against corrosion.

High-quality guide with a hollow profile

Six-fold knurling additionally blocks the slipping of the clamp's guides.

Replaceable support plate

The support plate can be changed without additional tools, making your daily work more comfortable. The replacement is very easy and quick.
