Bessey TG40S14-2K Cast Iron Clamp with Plastic Handle, Max. Clamping Length 400 mm, Throat Depth 140 mm

Bessey cast iron clamps are classic clamps that have been manufactured since 1936. They are ideal for tasks that require strong and hard clamping force. The clamping force of the clamp is up to 6000N. High-quality two-component handle is made of plastic. Support plates are changeable without tools. Protective caps are on the clamping surface.

Clamp features:

Built-in slip protection

Built-in slip protection ensures maximum reliability when the extension is greater than 80 mm. The screw in the movable jaw engages the grooved rod surface, which effectively prevents the loosening and slipping of the clamp.

Forged cast iron reinforcement

Both fixed and movable jaws made of high-quality cast iron are reinforced with characteristic wavy edges, which guarantees reliable and constant clamping. The wavy profile is a reliable element that increases resistance to torsional forces. And the powder coating of the jaws protects them from corrosion.

High-quality guide with hollow profile

Six times grooving additionally prevents slipping of the clamp guides.

Replaceable support plate

The replaceable support plate can be changed without any additional tools, making your daily work more convenient. Its replacement is very easy and quick.
