Bessey Clamping OMEGA GM60Z-2K with dual-component plastic handle, max. clamping length 600 mm

The clamp with a two-component plastic handle and patented OMEGA elbow. The OMEGA elbow increases the spring travel of the clamp. The force increase or decrease per screw turn on the Bessey Omega clamp is much less compared to other similar clamps. As a result, the force loss due to vibration is significantly lower than in traditional clamps, which increases work safety.

Clamping force 5000N. High-quality two-component plastic handle. Support plates can be changed manually without the use of tools. Movable and fixed handles are made from improved steel for cushioned and elastic fixation. Perfectly suitable for universal use in woodworking and metalworking.

Main advantages:

• Innovative OMEGA elbow. The patented OMEGA elbow is your guarantee of reliability. It helps reduce the loss of clamping force, even with vibration.
• Maximum flexibility. The clamping handle and support plate are made from a single piece of improved steel. They guarantee a smooth and elastic clamping of the part.
• Absolutely flat joining. With the help of the OMEGA elbow, you can absolutely flatten a plate onto the corresponding part and clamp it at a precise angle. Furthermore, the clamping force can be accurately adjusted and optimally used.
• Changeable support plate. The support plate can be changed without additional tools, making your everyday work more convenient. Its replacement is very easy and quick.
