Bessey clamp OMEGA GM25ZK with T-handle, max. clamping length 250 mm

The clamp with a two-component plastic handle and with the patented OMEGA elbow. The OMEGA elbow increases the clamp's spring travel. The force increase or decrease per screw turn in the Bessey Omega clamp is much less than in other similar clamps. As a result, even with vibration, the loss of clamping force is significantly less than in traditional clamps, which increases work safety.

Clamping force 5000N. The movable and fixed jaws are made of improved steel for damped and elastic clamping. The T-handle with rounded edges for easy force transmission during clamping. Support plates can be manually changed without the use of tools. Perfectly suited for universal use in woodworking and metal processing.

Main advantages:

• Innovative OMEGA elbow. The patented OMEGA elbow is your guarantee of reliability. It helps to reduce the loss of clamping force, even with vibration.
• Maximum flexibility. The clamping handle and support plate made from a single piece of improved steel. They guarantee soft and elastic component clamping.
• Absolutely flat connection. With the help of the OMEGA elbow, a plate can be precisely placed on the corresponding part and clamped at the exact angle. Plus, you can accurately select and optimally use the clamping force.
• Replaceable support plate. The support plate can be changed without additional tools, making your daily work more convenient. Its replacement is very quick and easy.
