Bessey Clamp GZ60 from Solid Metal Profile with Wooden Handle, Max. Clamping Length 600 mm

Lightweight, convenient, and powerful clamp with a comfortable wooden handle. Made from exceptionally high-quality steel. This is a highly reliable and long-lasting clamping tool, characterized by its very easy use. Moreover, the clamp features shape stability and does not deform even when subjected to very high clamping forces.

Due to the optimized guide profile, the clamping force per screw turn is 20% higher. Maximum reliability is achieved thanks to linear force transmission on the movable handle. Clamping force 6000N. Both moving and fixed handles are made from improved steel for cushioning and elastic fixation. The support plate is replaceable without tools (for throat depths greater than 80mm).

Main advantages:

1. Highest stability
The optimal profile shape guarantees the development of higher clamping forces in a shorter time, with greater stability and reliability. The fixed handle and support plate are made from a solid improved steel billet, which ensures resistance to high loads and torsion.
2. Forged moving handle
The U-shaped moving handle made from forged improved steel guarantees the highest reliability and withstands the highest loads.
3. Replaceable support plate
The support plate can be replaced without additional tools, making your daily work more convenient. Its replacement is very easy and quick.
4. Easily movable screw
The screw with a machined surface and trapezoidal thread is characterized by smooth operation and does not distort. It guarantees even more efficient and smoother work.
