Bessey clamp GZ50 from solid metal profile with wooden handle, max. clamping length 500 mm

Light, convenient, and powerful clamp with a comfortable wooden handle. Made from special quality steel. This is a highly reliable and long-lasting clamping technique, known for its very easy use. Moreover, the clamp is characterized by shape stability and does not deform even under very high clamping forces.

Due to the optimized guide profile, the clamping force per single turn of the handle is increased by 20%. The highest reliability is achieved through linear force transmission onto the movable handle. Clamping force 6000N. Movable and fixed handles are made from enhanced steel for cushioned and elastic fixation. The support plate can be changed without tools (for depths greater than 80mm).

Main advantages:

1. Highest stability
Optimal profile form ensures the development of higher clamping forces in a shorter time, with greater stability and reliability. The fixed handle and support plate are made from a single piece of enhanced steel, ensuring resistance to heavy loads and twisting.
2. Forged movable handle
The U-shaped movable handle made from forged enhanced steel guarantees the highest reliability and withstands even the highest loads.
3. Changeable support plate
The support plate, which can be changed without additional tools, makes your daily work more comfortable. Its replacement is very easy and quick.
4. Easily movable spindle
The spindle with a machined surface and trapezoidal thread features easy movement and does not deform. It ensures even more efficient and quieter operation.
