Bessey Clamp GZ30 from solid metal profile with wooden handle, max. clamping length 300 mm

Light, convenient, and powerful clamp with a comfortable wooden handle. Made from high-quality steel. It is a very reliable and long-lasting clamping technique, which is very easy to use. Moreover, the clamp is stable in shape and does not distort even under very high clamping force.

Thanks to the optimized guide profile, the clamping force per one turn of the spindle is 20% greater. Maximum reliability is achieved due to the linear force transmission on the moving handle. Clamping force 6000N. The moving and fixed handle are made from enhanced steel for cushioned and elastic fixation. The support plate is replaceable without tools (for throat depth greater than 80mm).

Main advantages:

1. Highest stability
The optimal profile shape guarantees the development of higher clamping forces in a shorter time, with greater stability and reliability. The fixed handle and the support plate are made from a solid block of enhanced steel, which ensures resistance to heavy loads and twisting.
2. Forged moving handle
The U-shaped moving handle made from forged enhanced steel guarantees the highest reliability and can withstand even the greatest loads.
3. Replaceable support plate
The support plate replaceable without additional tools makes your daily work more comfortable. Its replacement is very easy and fast.
4. Easily movable spindle
The spindle with a machined surface and trapezoidal thread is characterized by smooth running and does not distort. Guarantees even more efficient and quieter operation.
