Bessey clamp GZ20 from solid metal profile with wooden handle, max. clamping length 200 mm

Light, comfortable and powerful clamp with a convenient wooden handle. Made from exceptionally high-quality steel. This is a very reliable and long-lasting clamping technique, characterized by very easy use. Furthermore, the clamp features shape stability and does not distort even under very high clamping forces.

Thanks to the optimized guide profile, the clamping force per one screw turn is 20% greater. Highest reliability is achieved due to linear force delivery on the sliding handle. Clamping force 6000N. The moving and fixed handles are made of improved steel for cushioning and elastic fixation. The support plate is replaceable without tools (if throat depth is greater than 80mm).

Main advantages:

1. Highest stability
The optimal profile shape guarantees the development of higher clamping forces in a shorter time, with greater stability and reliability. The fixed handle and support plate are made from a solid piece of improved steel billet, ensuring resistance to high loads and twisting.
2. Forged moving handle
The U-shaped moving handle made of forged improved steel ensures the highest reliability and withstands the highest loads.
3. Replaceable support plate
The support plate is easily and quickly replaceable without additional tools, making your everyday work more comfortable.
4. Easily movable screw
The screw with a machined surface and trapezoidal thread is characterized by easy movement and does not distort. It guarantees more efficient and quieter work.
