Bessey clamp GZ12 from solid metal profile with wooden handle, max. clamping length 120 mm

Lightweight, convenient, and powerful clamp with a comfortable wooden handle. Made from high-quality steel. It is a very reliable and durable clamping technique that is very easy to use. Moreover, the clamp features shape stability and does not deform even under very high clamping forces.

Thanks to the optimized guiding profile, the clamping force per screw turn is 20% higher. The highest reliability is achieved due to linear force application on the moving handle. Clamping force 6000N. The moving and fixed handles are made from improved steel for damping and elastic fixation. The support plate is replaceable without tools (throat depth greater than 80mm).

Main advantages:

1. Highest stability
Optimal profile shape ensures the development of higher clamping forces in a shorter time, with more stability and reliability. The fixed handle and support plate are made from a solid upgraded steel blank, which ensures resistance to high loads and twisting.
2. Forged moving handle
The U-shaped moving handle made from forged upgraded steel guarantees the highest reliability and withstands the largest loads.
3. Replaceable support plate
The support plate can be replaced without additional tools, making your daily work more comfortable. Its replacement is very easy and quick.
4. Easily movable screw
The screw with a machined surface and trapezoidal thread is easy to move and does not deform. It guarantees more efficient and quieter work.
