Technical characteristics of the milling machine

The machine has the option to choose between automatic or manual feed on the front panel. The feed mode is switched with a lever located on the front panel.

Milling:
The motor ensures direct spindle drive via internal gearing. The spindle speed is continuously adjustable with a lever, which is located on the right side. The spindle has a MORSEA MT2 standard internal taper and a cover for clamp protection.

When working in milling mode, the carriage clamp acts as the milling table.

Turning
The sliding rear quill can be moved and locked with two screws from the front side. The rear quill spindle has a MORSEA MT1 taper, into which the center included in the set is mounted.

The machine has two direct current motors. One of them is for turning, and the other for drilling and milling. The device is equipped with a protective overload switch, which turns off the equipment during overload.
