Adapter with dust extraction 1 1/4 UNC to M16

The dust extractor/adapter effectively removes dust and debris during drilling. It simply screws onto the diamond drill via a 1-1/4" UNC thread. The diamond core bit with dust extraction holes at the end is mounted on the shroud via an M16 thread.

Perfect for electricians who use M16 core bits for drilling roses and have drills with 1-1/4" UNC spindles and dust extraction capability.

Designed for dry drilling with M16 connections, diameters from 50 to 82 mm.

Installation and drilling procedure:

• Mount the adapter on the spindle (thread 1-1/4") and tighten with an M41 wrench.
• Mount the diamond core on the extractor (thread M16), and tighten with an M24 wrench.
• Lift the plastic cover, turning it until it fits snugly against the bottom of the core bit.

For centering the hole, a centering device (core bit) can be used, but once drilling and marking is complete, it is removed to not interfere with the diamond core's further penetration.

Only the adapter is sold, without the core bit.
