ADA ZFM 100-4 Moisture Meter

The ADA ZFM 100-4 moisture meter is a non-contact inductive moisture meter designed for measuring in softwood, hardwood, gypsum board, and bricks. The device measures moisture using a sensor located on the back of the device.

Unlike contact moisture meters, the ADA ZFM 100-4 does not leave any marks on the material. The sensor transmits and captures electromagnetic signals through the material whose moisture content needs to be determined.

The average moisture content in the material at the measuring depth is displayed on the screen. If the moisture level exceeds the control value for the dry state of the material, an audible signal is given. The maximum measuring depth is 20 mm. Measurement accuracy depends on maximum full sensor and surface contact. The moisture meter has an automatic calibration function. If the material thickness is less than the maximum measuring range, the value displayed on the screen will be inaccurate. Values can be monitored on the LCD screen with backlighting or via an LED signal.
