45° Angle Tile Cutting Attachment Slider 45 PRO 2.0

Tiles cut at a 45° angle look beautiful, aesthetic, and modern when glued together. With the Slider PRO, cutting tiles at a 45° angle becomes easy, fast, and most importantly, high quality. The attachment is designed to cut ceramic tiles, engineered stone, granite, marble, and other similar materials at a 45 degree angle using an angle grinder. Very accurate and fast cutting!

The attachment is truly universal as it fits all manufacturers' 115-125 mm angle grinders. The angle grinder connects through reducers, which are mounted in a metal housing, thus achieving a high-quality cut as the vibration and movement of the grinder are not transferred to the cutting disc. There is the possibility to adjust the thickness of the cut edge. It does not chip the edge of the material being cut. The base glides easily over surfaces. The tool has a large gliding surface, which ensures maximum ease of controlling the cutting element during work.

The set includes a special cutting disc, designed for clean cutting of tiles at an angle. With Slider 45 PRO, special diamond discs with a 30mm inner hole should be used.

The thickness of the cut edge is easily adjustable. A dust extraction adapter is mounted for dust-free work. The dust extraction attachment can be adjusted for tiles of various thicknesses. Provision is made for the supply of water for wet cutting.

It is recommended to be attached to the Mechanic CeraMAX table. The maximum thickness of the tile that can be processed is 20 mm.

Attention: if the tiles being cut are warped or of very uneven surface, the SLIDER 45 PRO attachment will replicate large tile warps and irregularities. In such cases, it is recommended to cut 2-3mm below the edge, and later smooth out the irregularities and achieve the desired angle by manual grinding.
