Welding table Spartus FERROS RP5000 3D, Ø28, 1200 x 1200 x 200, octagonal, with a rotating positioner, load 5000 kg

The welding table with positioning device allows to adjust the workplace according to the welder's needs. The positioner enables to rotate the work table at variable speeds in both directions and to change the main frame's tilt angle. The control is carried out by pressing a foot-operated button. The self-locking gearbox ensures that the rotating disc stops at any position. The position setting mechanism guarantees rotation around its axis and the positioner's tilt up to 140° from the horizontal, while the tilt angle with the tabletop installed is 90°. Control interface: manual panel + foot button (with separate wires).

CAST IRON ENGJL-300

The tabletop was cast using high-strength cast iron EN-GJL-300, characterized by high wear resistance.

TABLETOP 25MM

The 25 mm thick tabletop guarantees the table's longevity and resistance to mechanical damage.

MILLIMETRIC GRID

The millimetric grid on the table facilitates accurate workpiece assembly during work.

3D ZONE

3D zones allow increasing the working surfaces by connecting welding tables into larger sets.
