The JASIC EVO20 ARC 200 Z2S32 is also perfect for TIG welding using the "Lift TIG" arc ignition. Simply connect an additional TIG torch with an integrated gas valve and regulator, along with an argon gas cylinder with a regulator, and you're ready to start welding low-carbon or stainless steel with fillers. (TIG welding accessories not included).

The Smart Lift-TIG feature minimizes welding defects by monitoring the arc and pausing if necessary, identifies short circuits caused by accidental contact between the tungsten tip and the workpiece, and maintains further welding, improving arc ignition success rates and effectively preventing tungsten tip sticking, contamination, and damage.

Using DC MMA and LIFT TIG processes, the welding machine can be broadly used for precise welding of various materials. The unique electrical structure and airflow channel design inside the JASIC EVO20 ARC 200 source enhance heat dissipation generated by power devices, thus improving the welding source's duty cycle.
