  • Welding Helmet with True Color XenOptic VECTOR, with Wide Field of View and Auto Shade Technology, Includes Attachment for Construction Helmet

    Code: XV6003
  • XenOptic VECTOR – the smart welding helmet for professionals

XenOptic Vector is not just another welding helmet. It is a smart, ergonomic, and intelligent tool designed to meet the needs of modern welders. Every detail has been thought through, from optical solutions and safety to comfort and precision, to work faster, safer, and more accurately.

This version is supplemented with a special attachment that allows mounting the welding helmet on a construction helmet, increasing welder’s safety. Attention! The package includes only the adapter for the construction helmet, the construction helmet itself must be purchased separately or you can use your existing helmet.

The main advantage of the helmet is its highly sensitive automatic darkening filter (ADF), which adjusts in real-time. Each user can choose to use automatic mode or classic manual control for adjusting sensitivity, darkening level, and delay. Settings can be accurately adjusted according to working conditions.

Looking for fixed darkness because your working conditions demand it? Choose Dark mode, which maintains a fixed darkening level throughout the work. Manual darkening adjustment works in 0.5 DIN steps, allowing precise adaptation of light reduction to the situation. In Auto Shade mode, adjustments can be made within ±2 DIN with 0.1 DIN correction steps – enabling the welder to achieve unparalleled visual comfort.

The ability to adjust the darkening level makes the helmet suitable for various jobs. XenOptic VECTOR stands out by adjusting the darkening level not by 1, but by 0.5 DIN steps - ensuring greater comfort in setting the precise darkness level. Maximum darkening DIN 14 is perfectly suitable for working with high currents or performing metal gouging. Grinding mode allows turning off the sensors, working with angle grinders or other tools. The darkening range DIN 4–8 is particularly convenient for plasma cutting and gas welding. In light mode, the helmet shows DIN 3 darkness, ensuring excellent visibility during work.

XenOptic VECTOR with True Color technology allows seeing the world almost as if with the naked eye - without distorted colors or blue haze. During welding, details and contours remain clear, and color rendering is natural and accurate.

TRS mode features a smooth transition from dark to light view - this helps reduce eye fatigue, especially during long-term work. Meanwhile, Tack mode is perfect for spot welding - the helmet reacts to frequent light bursts without interruptions or delays.

Memory function allows saving up to ten different work profiles - convenient when working with different technologies: TIG, MIG, cutting or grinding. Quickly switch settings and continue working without interruptions.

The ergonomic head mounting system distributes the weight evenly, reducing pressure on the neck. The helmet’s design allows the use of respirators, and the lack of external controls ensures that nothing accidentally changes during work - especially relevant in areas with limited access.

The helmet has a wide field of view (116×81 mm), the highest 1/1/1/1 optical class, and a 4 + 1 ambient light sensor system – meaning maximum clarity, safety, and precision. The hybrid power source – solar cell + 2×CR2450 batteries – guarantees long-term operation even under the most demanding conditions (from -5°C to +55°C).
