The synergic welding machine DIGIMIG 200 Synergic is a next-generation device designed for welding steel and non-ferrous metals in MIG/MAG, MMA, and TIG Lift modes. The welding machine can work with a Spool Gun burner with a mini wire feeder and D100 steel or colored wire reels.

Digital control allows adjusting all welding parameters, characteristics, and dynamics. The use of synergic mode simplifies working with the welding machine and allows it to be used by less experienced individuals and hobbyists.

When working with the MMA method, you can adjust the ARC FORCE and HOT START functions, and the VRD and ANTI STICK functions can be activated. This device has a last setting memory, i.e., when switched off and back on, the last set parameters are restored. The easily readable color screen simplifies operation.

Features of the welding machine:

HOT START - facilitates arc ignition (MMA). The HOT START function triggers a current pulse at the moment the electrode touches the workpiece thereby facilitating arc ignition.

ARC FORCE - supports stable welding arc (MMA). The ARC FORCE function is necessary to prevent electrode “sticking” and increase arc stability – at the moment of electrode separation from the melted metal, the current automatically increases to the optimal value, which prevents the electrode sticking during welding or cutting. This system is crucial when working with responsible structures and using electrodes with basic, rutile, ilmenite, and cellulose coatings.

ANTISTICK - a system that prevents electrode sticking. With it, the electrode no longer sticks or overheats, as with traditional devices.

VRD - reduces no-load voltage to a safe level, providing protection from electric shock (MMA). This feature meets regional guidelines and safety standard requirements worldwide.
